No. VentText works entirely through text messages. If a business also has a companion app, you can use it, but it's never required.

You set the per-complaint ceiling for auto-issued coupons and a monthly total cap. Anything above your ceiling routes to you for a manual decision.

Yes. You can require manual approval on every complaint regardless of value if you'd rather review each one yourself.

Every coupon-eligible complaint requires a verified receipt or order number, phone numbers are rate-limited per business, and unusual patterns are flagged for manual review automatically.

It's optional but recommended. POS integration lets receipts be matched automatically against real transactions, which unlocks instant verified resolutions. Without it, complaints can still be verified manually.
